New build care home

This tight site in the centre of London with poor ground conditions was commenced after sheet piling works had been carried out.  SRL scope of works included basement excavation, disposal off site to a licensed landfill, construction of the basement slab, retaining walls, in-situ concrete reinforced GF deck, all drainage works with the external hard landscaping completing this scheme.  This was a challenging site for various reasons however the groundworks scope to allow the superstructure works to commence was completed in around 16 weeks.
