Extensions to staff parking area and HGV access

Phase 1 involved excavations, disposal of spoil, new hardcore beds and reinforced concrete hard standing along with all necessary drainage.

The site remained fully operational whilst the works were on-going therefore SRL had to work closely with the client to arrange phasing of the works to accommodate goods inward and outward.

Phase 2 of the works involved the construction of a new reinforced concrete raft slab for a CHP unit along with a substation extension and all associated ducting works.
