Construction of reinforced concrete raft slab and retaining wall

The topography of this site (constructed within the beach banks) resulted in several challenges in terms of accessing the site.  SRL initially had to construct an access route to the lower level from the only available access at the top of the site.  Once enabling works were complete, the site was reduced and the RC raft slab could commence. 

A reinforced retaining wall could then be constructed and the bankside regraded into the new RC wall.  SRL also carried out drainage works, services installations and external landscaping works resulting in an amazing one-off multi million pound beach house in a stunning location
